Dede Williams received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing with a minor in Sociology from Texas Christian University and a Master of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in Marketing from the University of Texas at Arlington. In her role, she oversees the Leadership Scholars Program, Leadership Adventures, and LeaderKids, as well as works on various leadership initiatives within the department. Prior to her role within Student Development Services, Dede was the Director of the BNSF Next Generation Leadership Program in the Neeley School of Business at Texas Christian University. She began her career working for a non-profit organization, the Gladney Center for Adoption, where she worked in event management, marketing and fundraising roles. She has experience in program management, leadership development, coaching, event planning, and community relations. Dede is a certified Sherpa coach and a Leadership Fort Worth graduate.
