Dede Williams received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing with a minor in Sociology from TCU and a Master of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in Marketing from the University of Texas at Arlington. In her role at TCU, she oversees the Chancellor’s Leadership Program, Lead NOW (Network of Women), Global Leadership Experiences and the Celebration of University Leadership, and works on various leadership initiatives across campus. Prior to her role within Student Development Services, Dede was the Director of the BNSF Next Generation Leadership Program in the Neeley School of Business at TCU. She began her career working for a non-profit organization, where she worked in event management, marketing and fundraising roles. She has experience in program management, leadership development, coaching, event planning, and community relations. Dede is a certified Sherpa coach and a Leadership Fort Worth graduate.
