Rachael, a Chancellor’s Scholar and former transfer student, graduated magna cum laude from Texas Christian University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science in Advertising and Public Relations. She has an Associate of Arts degree from Collin College and received her Master’s in Adult and Higher Education from the University of Oklahoma.

Rachael returned to TCU as the Assistant Director of the Sophomore & Junior Year Experience in February 2015 after working in corporate marketing and business development for 3.5 years. She is the founding chair and state director of Young Risk Professionals of Texas (YRP), an initiative focused on building the next generation of leaders in risk management, in addition to serving on several committees and boards such as Communities In Schools of Greater Tarrant County, the TCU Alumni Career Network, Kids Who Care, Open Doors to Hope, the Risk & Insurance Management Society and the American Marketing Association.

Rachael is married to fellow Horned Frog Carlo Capua and is actively involved at the North Fort Worth Campus of Gateway Church.
