Rachael Capua, a Chancellor’s Scholar, graduated magna cum laude from Texas Christian University (TCU) with a Bachelor of Science in Advertising and Public Relations in 2009. She has an Associate of Arts from Collin College and received her Master’s in Adult and Higher Education from the University of Oklahoma.
Followed by a few years in corporate marketing and development in the risk management industry, Rachael now serves as TCU’s Assistant Director of the Sophomore & Junior Year Experience and is pursuing a doctoral degree in Education Leadership & Policy from Southern Methodist University.
A 2017 40 Under 40 honoree recognized by the Fort Worth Business Press, Rachael cares deeply about serving the community and was a member of the inaugural SteerFW Keyholders Cohort in 2015. Prior board and/or committee involvement has included Communities In Schools of Greater Tarrant County, Kids Who Care, the Samaritan House, and the TCU Alumni Career Network, to name a few.
She is married to fellow Horned Frog and TCU National Alumni Association President, Carlo Capua. Together, they are members of Gateway Church, the TCU Clark Society, Frog Club, the Chancellor’s Council, and Sister Cities International.
